🎯 Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and digitally savvy Insurance Advisor / Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will leverage social media platforms and YouTube video content creation to generate leads, build trust with prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.

This role combines digital marketing, relationship management, insurance advisory, and customer service excellence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📱 Digital Lead Generation & Content Creation

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to generate qualified insurance leads

  • Create engaging YouTube videos explaining insurance products, benefits, and claim processes

  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert leads into sales

💼 Sales & Client Advisory

  • Prospect, advise, and sell Motor, Health, Business, and Home insurance policies

  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on potential clients

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

🤝 Liaison with Underwriters

  • Engage underwriters for quotations and policy terms

  • Follow up on policy processing and approvals

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and insurers

📞 After-Sales Service & Client Support

  • Provide continuous customer support

  • Assist clients with policy renewals

  • Support clients during claims processing

  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and renewals

✅ Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • COP (Certificate of Proficiency) in Insurance is an added advantage

  • Proven experience in sales and social media marketing

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in video content creation (YouTube/TikTok/Instagram Reels)

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Basic knowledge of insurance products (Motor, Medical, Business, Home)
